Meditation music In the modern society full of stresses and continuous movement, sometimes we have no time to stop and to take a breath. Briskly, people in megalopolises learnt to relax quickly with profit to soul and body. Many people attend courses of “Young yogi”. Meditative music helps you to create a necessary atmosphere for opening chakras and to tune in to the right wavelength at home. Not all of us have a flexible body, but meditation music helps to achieve a necessary effect of relaxation.
The choice of music should be corresponding to meditation, if it is directed to a person, or to leaving for spaceward, subspace. As a rule, during inner self-concentration (complete inner concentration) it is recommended not to use music at all and listen to your inspirations and expirations. It is desirable to use meditative music, directing to space or relaxing. You can use Indian, ethnic or other modern music, appeared by the end of the 20th century. You have to create calm and quiet atmosphere, that outside sounds don’t disturb you. It is very difficult to do in modern high-rise buildings. Try to tune in to the right wavelength, to choose a proper time for meditation and then yoga meditation music will have a maximum effect.
